Delegate your proxy right to the Ethical Shareholders!
If you want the Ethical Shareholders Germany to represent your vote in a general assembly, you can provide them your power of attorney once a year. It covers the proxy rights in all companies in whose annual general meetings the Ethical Shareholders are active.

The foundation of Nord-Süd-Brücken, a German organization supporting common projects between Eastern-German organizations and developing countries, has been delegating its proxy rights since 2002. "We share their criticism regarding the delivery of arms and weapons, and the injuring of social standards", says financial referee Ingrid Rosenburg.
